Toy: Deviation Power and Mood Recovery speed increases by 2%
Flowers: Deviation Power and Mood Recovery speed increases by 2%
Electricity 5w: Deviant Power and Mood Recovery speed increases by 10% during dormancy

Attacks:
Double Down: The currently equipped Weapon consumes double ammo from reserves to boost damage. Weapon DMG Boost 75% for 8 seconds.
Commercial License: Summon Mr. Wish to fire your primary weapon at enemies, dealing damage. Mr Wish has his own stash, so he won't deplete your ammo. (When Skill Rating is 5) Mr Wish's damage ratio is 100%. Mr Wish also benefits from the damage boost effect of Double Down.
