Charge Overload:Summon an autonomous Zapamander. (At 5 Skill Rating) The Zapamander appears and deals Shock Status DMG of 2800% Psi Intensity to surrounding targets, nullifying their shields and sealing enemy Metas' skills. The Zapamander summons a thundercloud to attack, dealing Shock Status DMG of 450% Psi Intensity to the target. Use Telekinetic Hand to control the Zapamander, making it spit a spherical lightning bolt at the target, dealing Shock Status DMG of 700% Psi Intensity. The damage also applies a 40% Status Vulnerability to the target, lasting 5s.
